Refunds & Cancellations

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations requested within this timeframe will be processed in full.

Change of Mind Refunds
If more than 24 hours have passed, you may still request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have not yet submitted your customisation form. Once a custom form has been submitted, we are unable to offer a refund, as production begins immediately.

Refund Exclusions
We cannot process refund requests received more than 14 days after the purchase date.

Store Credit
If you are outside the refund period, you may use the full value of your original order as store credit for up to 365 days from the date of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
