Ordering

Can I customise the chance and community chest cards?

Yes, our online form has the original card content pre-filled. It is then up to you how much you change. You can make small changes or replace the entirety of the text. You can also change the name of the cards themselves and change the icons. Everything is laid out clearly in our online form.

Can I see the custom order forms before ordering?

Yes, you will need an order number before submitting it (given to you after checkout) But if you create an account with JotForm, you can save your progress and submit it when you have made your purchase.

Can I add photos to all of the spaces on the board?

Yes, you can add photos to all the coloured properties. You can also add them to the stations, utilities and taxes. As well as the four corners of the board, the middle of the board and the box itself. You can choose photos, graphics or icons and upload them via our online form. The form is automatically emailed to you straight after checkout.

Do the custom-opoly games come with houses and hotels?

Yes, all our games come boxed with all the pieces you would expect. Houses, Hotels, Money, Dice, Game Pieces, Instructions etc. We offer upgrades for custom money and custom pieces but if these are not selected, you will receive generic money and generic pieces with your game.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use FedEx for all domestic and international deliveries.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. We offer free shipping on everything in store.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns on all non-personalised items.

What is your cancelations policy?

Please contact us within 24 hours to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

What happens if my order is damaged in transit?

We package all our items so that this should never happen.
If it does, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
